Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Coaching Services

1. Refund Eligibility Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If a client cancels within 7 days of purchasing a program and has not yet received any coaching sessions, they are eligible for a full refund.

  • If the client cancels after coaching sessions have begun, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused sessions.

2. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds are not available under these circumstances:

  • If a client cancels after 50% or more of the program has been completed.

  • If the client fails to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice.

  • If the client has received all program materials or access to exclusive resources.

3. Program Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without prior communication will be considered forfeited.

  • In cases of emergencies, accommodations may be made at the coach’s discretion.

4. Special Considerations

  • Refunds may be subject to processing fees.

  • Clients in payment plans must fulfill all previous payments before a refund is considered.

5. Exception Policy On a case-by-case basis, exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). These are at the sole discretion of TLC – Transformational Lifestyle Coaching
